Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Milk Substitute - or Milk (2 Ounces)
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - 30g Vanilla
  • 2 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar - 8g
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce - 61g
  • 4-6 Slices Bread - Your choice

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients aside from your Bread into a large bowl
  • Mix everything together with a whisk or hand mixer until there are no chunks left
  • Take out a stovetop pan and turn your burner on Medium-High heat
  • Soak each side of your Bread for :20-:30 seconds
  • Coat your pan with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Cook each side of your Bread until browned (usually around 1-2 minutes)
