Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats - 40g
  • ½ Cup Milk Substitute - or Milk (4 Ounces)
  • ¼ Cup Water - 2 Ounces
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - 30g Vanilla
  • 1 Instant Pudding - 8g Sugar Free Fat Free Banana Cream
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal - 13g
  • ½ Cup Blackberries - 72g

Instructions

  • Combine your Milk, Oatmeal, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl
  • Microwave for 2 minutes
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients aside from your Blackberries while still hot
  • Mix everything together
  • Top with Blackberries
