- 8 Large Egg Whites
- 2 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla (or Chocolate)
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ Cup Sweetener
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
Combine all of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender
Process or blend everything together
Take out a muffin pan, spray it with non-stick cooking spray, and pour your mix in (fill them 3/4 of the way full)
Bake on 350F/176C for 20-22 minutes
