Ingredients
1Green Pepper - Chopped
1Red Pepper - Chopped
1Sweet Onion - Chopped
2Carrots - Chopped
1TablespoonOlive Oil
2PoundsGround Beef - Lean (or Ground Turkey)
1TeaspoonMinced Garlic - or 2 Cloves
8OuncesTomato Sauce - No Salt Added
10TablespoonsBBQ Sauce - Hickey & Brown Sugar
5TeaspoonsChili Sauce - Sriracha
1TablespoonWorcestershire Sauce
Instructions
Chop your Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Sweet Onion, and Carrots up
Put your Carrots off to the side
Take out a large stovetop pan, put your burner on Medium, and pour your Olive Oil into your pan
Let your pan heat up
Once your pan heats up add in your chopped Green Pepper, Red Pepper, and Sweet Onion
Cook them for around 3 minutes and keep them moving while they cook
After 3 minutes add in your Ground Beef and brown it
Turn your burner on Low
Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix those together
