- 15 g Graham Cracker Crumbs Your Choice
- ½ Tablespoon Butter Your Choice

- 1 Large Whole Egg
- ½ Cup Cottage Cheese Use Reduced or Full Fat if you want
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Sweetener Your Choice
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Your Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt Complimenting Flavor
