Materials

  • 6 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Plain
  • 9 Tablespoons Sour Cream Fat Free
  • ¼ Teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1 Teaspoon Parsley
  • ¾ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Water Your choice
  • ½ Scoop Protein Powder Natural *Optional

Instructions

  • Combine and mix all of your ingredients together
  • Add in more or less Water until it's your desired consistency
  • Add some optional Protein Powder if you want it higher in protein
