Materials

  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ Scoop Protein Powder Complimenting flavor
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice Your Choice
  • Sweetener Your Choice

Instructions

  • Mix all of your ingredients together until smooth
  • Coat a microwave safe dish with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour your mix in
  • Microwave for :30 seconds
  • Quickly mix everything together again
  • Continue microwaving for another 2-3 minutes depending on how powerful your microwave is
  • Alternatively you can also bake it in the oven on 350F/176C for around 30-35 minutes
