Apple Pie Protein Overnight Oats

Materials

Overnight Oats

  • ¾ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 Ounces Greek Yogurt Vanilla or Apple
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Ounces Milk or Milk Substitute
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener *Optional if not sweet enough

Filling/Topping

  • ½ Apple Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Syrup Sugar Free
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Take out your overnight oats jar or mixing bowl
  • Using a mixing bowl will allow you to "layer" it
  • Add all your Overnight Oats ingredients into whatever you're using
  • Mix them together
  • Chop up your Apple
  • Toss those pieces with your Syrup and Ground Cinnamon until fully coated
  • Microwave them for :30-:60 seconds depending on how powerful your microwave is (you want them softened)
  • Want it crunchier? Don't microwave them!
  • Mixed it in a jar? Dump your Apple pieces on top
  • Used a mixing bowl? Take out your jar, add half of your overnight oats mix then half of your pieces and repeat
  • Cover and put it into the fridge overnight
