- ¾ Cup Rolled Oats Turn it into Oat Flour or use another Flour listed above if you're hand mixing this recipe
- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 1 Large Egg White
- 2 Banana Ripe!
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese Your Choice
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder *Vanilla or Chocolate Preferred
- ¾ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Sweetener *Optional (If your Protein Powder isn't sweet)
- Chocolate Chips Or anything else you want for texture (nuts are great too!)
Add all of your ingredients into either a large bowl, food processor, or blender
Mix everything together until smooth (make sure to stop as soon as everything is mixed together)
Pour your mix into a lined or coated bread pan or dish
Optionally top it are add into your mix whatever you want like some Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Bake it on 350F/176C for around 40-45 minutes
