  • ½ Cup Pizza Sauce Choose your favorite
  • ½-1 Cup Cottage Cheese Full, Reduced, or Fat Free

Homemade Pizza Sauce

  • 15 Ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 6 Ounces Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano Dried
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add your ingredients into either a food processor or blender
  • Process or blend until smooth
  • Less saucy tasting pizza but more protein? Use 1 cup of cottage cheese. More sauce-like texture and taste? Use 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
