Easy Air Fryer Salmon

A 10 minutes or less meal prep made with 3 simple ingredients! This Easy Air Fryer Salmon is loaded with healthy fat and packed with protein.

Materials

  • 1 Pound Salmon
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning or Alternative (See Notes)
  • Lemon For serving

Instructions

  • Optionally remove the skin from your Salmon
  • Cut your Salmon into fillet strips
  • Put your strips into a mixing bowl
  • Add in your Olive Oil and Seasoning(s)
  • Flip your strips around until they're fully coated
  • Coat your air fryer basket with some cooking spray
  • Place your strips into your basket
  • Air fry them on 400F/204C for around 10-12 minutes or until they reach 145F/62C (others might say 135F/57C is good enough)
  • Cooking time will depend on how thick or thin your strips are so make sure to keep an eye on them
