- 1 Pound Salmon
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning or Alternative (See Notes)
- Lemon For serving
Optionally remove the skin from your Salmon
Cut your Salmon into fillet strips
Put your strips into a mixing bowl
Add in your Olive Oil and Seasoning(s)
Flip your strips around until they're fully coated
Coat your air fryer basket with some cooking spray
Place your strips into your basket
Air fry them on 400F/204C for around 10-12 minutes or until they reach 145F/62C (others might say 135F/57C is good enough)
Cooking time will depend on how thick or thin your strips are so make sure to keep an eye on them
