Microwave Bread Pudding with Protein

- 2 Pieces Bread I like Hawaiian Rolls
- ½ Cup Milk or Milk Substitute
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder I like Vanilla but use any other good tasting flavor!
- 1 Tablespoon Sweetener You can remove this if your Protein Powder is sweet enough
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Butter Melted
- Nutmeg For topping
Take out a small mixing bowl or shaker bottle (easiest)
Mix or shake together your Milk and Protein Powder
Add in the rest of your ingredients aside from your Bread
Mix or shake them together
Cut up your Bread into small pieces
Add your Bread pieces into at least a 1 1/2 cup microwave safe bowl
Pour in your mix and press down your Bread pieces to fully submerge them
Top it with a little Nutmeg
Microwave your bowl for around 1 1/2-2 minutes depending on how powerful your microwave is
Eat it as is or put it in the fridge to cooldown (it tastes great cold!)
Since this recipe is best eaten cold (easily stored) and extremely dense/filling, I list it as 2 servings/portions.
You can also drop the fat to 16g in the whole recipe if you half the butter in the recipe (still tastes great!).
