Materials

  • 2 Cups Pineapple Frozen
  • 1 Small Banana Frozen
  • 2 Ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 3 Ounces Greek Yogurt Vanilla, Pineapple, or Lemon
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Complimenting flavor (I like Vanilla)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Sweetener *Optional if your Protein Powder isn't sweet enough

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into either a food processor or powerful blender with tamper
  • Process or blend all of your ingredients together
  • Scrape/tamp down your sides as it's processing or blending
  • Once it's creamy and the volume of your recipe doubles or triples you can stop processing or blending
