A really quick and delicious Vanilla Protein Shake recipe that you don’t need protein powder for. It tastes like a doughnut with vanilla frosting!
Here is the recipe:
- 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Container (5.3 Ounces/150g) Vanilla Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup (58g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
- 9 Tablespoons (138g) Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 Servings (9g) Instant Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Pudding
- Ice (Optional)
Calories per shake:
- Calories: 295
- Fat: 7g
- Saturated Fat: 4g
- Sodium: 735mg
- Carbs: 27g
- Fiber: 2g
- Sugar: 10g
- Protein: 31g
