The only way to describe this shake is by simply saying it tastes like a liquid thin mint cookie! Low fat, high in protein, and SO delicious! One of my favorite ways to kill a chocolate craving.

  • This is so good! Sinfully good. Like, curb a chocolate craving good, and filling. It’s taking me a while to finish. Definitely worth of a meal replacement. I am drinking it right now, and it nearly filled a blender bottle. It tastes like a Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie, but packed with protein, sans all that sugar. I used peppermint oil because I don’t have the extract. I must say, 2 drops are more than enough. I made it this morning and had to throw it away 🙁 because I used four drops and it was just… overpowering. I could taste that there was potential, so I decided to have it for my nighttime shake, and it’s awesome. Thanks! I have my eyes on that coconut shake next. Have you ever thought of doing an almond joy type recipe? With like almond extract, coconut[milk], and something chocolatey? I bet you could do it! Thanks again.
