To start this one out you’ll need a blender. Yes, you could just use a shaker bottle but blending up your ice will make the recipe that much better!
Add into your blender 1/4 cup of milk substitute, 1 cup of your choice coffee, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons of Nutella, 1 scoop of your choice chocolate protein powder, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and 1/2 cup of ice.
Make your coffee however you want. French press like we did here, traditional pot coffee, espresso (use less than a cup!), or even my favorite cold brew. Let me know your preferred method(s) in the comments below.
Blend or shake until smooth, this should only take a few seconds.
Pour your protein Nutella iced coffee it into a cup and top it with some whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and/or anything else you want.
