Slow Cooked Sweet & Spicy Chicken Lentils Recipe

Another quick, cheap, and delicious slow cooker recipe! This Slow Cooked Sweet & Spicy Chicken Lentils recipe is the perfect blend of ingredients that’ll have you salivating the second you open the lid!

Here is the recipe:

  • 3 1/2 Pounds (56 Ounces) Chicken Breasts
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic (or 3 Cloves)
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 6 Ounces (170g) Carrots
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1 1/2 Cups (270g) Lentils
  • 12 Teaspoons (60g) Sriracha
  • 16 Tablespoons (288g) BBQ Sauce
  • 2-3 Cups Water

  • Carbs: 318g
  • Fiber: 50g
  • Sugar: 138g
  • Protein: 504g

Take out your Chicken Breasts, trim the fat off of them, and cut them into halves. Chop up your Sweet Onion. Chop up your Carrots (if you want to). Combine everything into your slow cooker. Mix everything around. Turn your slow cooker on Low and let cook for 6 hours. Enjoy!
