Your favorite vegetable is now in drink form via Sweet Potato Protein Shake! This healthy drink recipe is packed with slow digesting macros, high in protein, and has just enough flavor to curb those unhealthy cravings.
All you need for this sweet potato protein shake is a shaker bottle unless you want it to have more of a “smoothie” texture. If you want more a smoothie texture then use a blender and more ice/frozen sweet potatoes.
Add right into your shaker bottle or blender 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla milk substitute, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of a sugar free syrup, 4 1/2 ounces of a cooked or canned sweet potato (frozen for a smoothie!), 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder, and 1/2 cup of ice.

How are you cooking the sweet potato. Baked? BOILED?
Either baked or microwaved depending on what I’m making that week. Hope this helps!

Holy cannoli, that’s delicious! I added a 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese because, well, why not? Many thanks, my good sir.
