Triple Chocolate Protein Shake Recipe

Not only is this triple chocolate protein shake the most delicious shake you’ll ever try, it’s low in fat, low in carbs, and high in protein! One of my favorite ways to kill a chocolate craving.

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or regular Milk/other Milk substitute)
  • 6 Tablespoons (92g) Liquid Egg Whites
  • 3 Tablespoons (15g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup (116g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1-2 Squirts Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 355
  • Fat: 7g
  • Saturated Fat: 4g
  • Sodium: 690mg
  • Carbs: 20g
  • Fiber: 7g
  • Sugar: 8g
  • Protein: 53g

Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!
