  • 6 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites92g Pasteurized
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder15g
  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese116g Fat Free
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder30g Chocolate
  • 1-2 Squirts Chocolate SyrupSugar Free
  • 1 Cup Ice

    I just enjoyed this shake. I wouldn’t change a thing about it. I will be making one for my husband. Oh, I just took out some of your sweet potato and tuna cakes from the oven.Very easy recipe. Tasty and cost effective too. Thanks for the awesome recipes!
