Avocado Banana Green Energy Smoothie

Ready to kickstart your morning with a healthy avocado drink? Yes (don’t run), we’re going to make a drink with AVOCADO! This Avocado Banana Green Energy Smoothie recipe is full of nutrients, has great macros including protein, and is delicious!

Why avocado? Simple! It’s packed with healthy fat, will give your smoothie a creamy texture, and has a pretty neutral flavor (aka you can’t really taste it when mixed with other ingredients)!

Take out a blender and add into it 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla milk substitute, 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder, 1/2 an avocado, 1 banana, 1 cup of kale or spinach, 1 or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and some ice!

Whatever flavor you use for your protein powder is up to you, I like vanilla for this recipe. As long as it compliments the banana, you should be good to go! Let me know if you try anything outside the box in the comments below.

Blend your green energy smoothie up until smooth.

Pour your smoothie in a glass or into a shaker bottle and you’re ready to go!

Avocado Banana Green Energy Smoothie Ingredients

I must admit, I was skeptical at first. I’ve always been the type though to muscle through things I don’t like for the health benefits. And I must say, I was blown away, this was amazing, it’s going to become my morning shake from here on out. Nice job!

Shoot your site is my main knowledge of cooking since I’m stationed overseas with my family back in the states, everything I’ve made so far I’ve loved, later on I’ll take the time to leave comment on those as well.

I made this today and can’t believe how good it tasted. Used your protein powder. But not only did it taste great it really helped with a much needed energy boost prior to my morning workout. Btw I made your cauliflower pizza last night And that was amazing also.

    Thanks
