Fix your seasonal cravings with a delicious Apple Crisp Protein Shake! This seasonal shake recipe is healthy, tastes just like the bottom of an apple crisp, and takes no time at all to make!
Since we’re using rolled oats and chopped up fruit we’re going to need a blender to make this recipe. Any blender should work, even a mini one!
Add right into your blender 1/2 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 1/4 teaspoon of butter extract, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of light brown sugar, 1/2 container of an apple flavored Greek yogurt, 1/8 cup of unsweetened apple sauce, 1/2 a chopped up apple, and 1/2 up of ice.
Why unsweetened milk substitute? Aside from the flavor, there’s only 30 calories and 2g of carbs per cup!
Blend all of those ingredients together until you have your apple crisp protein shake!
Pour your shake into your favorite glass and top it with some ground cinnamon.
Need more fiber in your diet? Leave the skin on your apple! Apples have around 3g of fiber in their skin.
