Meal prep gone spicy with our easy to make Baked Sriracha Salsa Chicken recipe! This cheap meal prep recipe is packed with flavor, high in protein, minutes to prep, and just enough kick to satisfy.
The first thing you need to do is to take out a large baking dish, trim the fat off of 3 pounds of chicken breast, and cut your breasts in half. Keep in mind that you can double or triple this baked Sriracha salsa chicken recipe using the slider in the recipe card below if you need more servings.
Add your chicken breast into your baking dish and top each piece with 1 teaspoon of chili sauce. Use the back of a spoon to spread it across your pieces.

Put your chicken into the oven on 375F/190C for 30-35 minutes.
