Having a hard time getting fiber and/or more protein in or do you just want a quick on-the-go snack/meal replacement? This blackberry vanilla protein shake recipe will help you with that while tasting absolutely delicious!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (144g) Blackberries
  • 1 Cup (8oz) Sugar Free Coconut Milk (Regular or Vanilla)
  • 2 Tablespoons (13g) Flax Seed
  • 6oz Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop (30g ) Vanilla or Natural Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 414
  • Fat: 10g
  • Saturated Fat: 4g
  • Sodium: 466mg
  • Carbs: 37g
  • Fiber: 13g
  • Sugar: 24g
