Having a hard time getting those calories and/or more protein in? This bodybuilding protein shake recipe will help you with that while tasting absolutely delicious!

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder (60g) (Vanilla)
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (40g)
  • 1 1/2 Cups (12oz) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Milk Substitute)
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (32g)
  • 1/3 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 6oz Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Cups Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 880
  • Fat: 24g
  • Saturated Fat: 4g
  • Sodium: 906mg
  • Carbs: 81g
  • Fiber: 11g
  • Sugar: 38g
  • Protein: 85g

Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!
