Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Crepes Recipe

If you like chocolate and you like peanut butter then you’re going to LOVE this delicious, high fiber Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Crepes recipe!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Sugar Free Original Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 9 Tablespoons (138g) Liquid Egg Whites (or 3 Large Egg Whites)
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Chocolate Protein
  • 2 Tablespoons (12g) Regular or Chocolate Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon (15g) Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • Fiber: 19g

  • Protein: 83g

  • Calories: 150
  • Fat: 3.5g
  • Saturated Fat: 1.1g
  • Sodium: 128mg
  • Carbs: 16g
  • Fiber: 3.1g
  • Sugar: 5.1g
  • Protein: 13.8g

Combine all of your ingredients together into either a food processor or blender. Process or blend everything together. Take out stove top pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and coat your pan with non-stick cooking spray. After your stove top pan heats up add your mix in and cook each side of your crepe for 1:00-2:00. Mouthgasm!


  • Top with some whipped cream, sugar free chocolate syrup, cool whip, peanut butter, nutella and/or nuts for some extra fats!
