Here is the recipe:

  • 5 Pounds (80 Ounces) Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Fat Free Italian Dressing
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar “With The Mother”
  • 12 Ounces (340g) Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Take out your Chicken Breasts, trim the fat off of them, and then cut them in half. Chop up your Yellow Onion. Combine all of your ingredients into your slow cooker. Mix everything together. Cook on High Heat for 3 hours. Shred your Chicken Breasts. Cook on High Heat for another 1 hour. Enjoy!
