Ice cream…my arch nemesis. Protein banana ice cream? My new best friend! You guys will love this recipe!
Here is the recipe:
- 2 Medium Bananas
- 1/2 Scoop (16g) Protein Powder
- 2oz Fat Free Milk (or milk substitute)
- 1-2 Packets Stevia (or any sweetener)
Mix all of the ingredients together with a food processor. If you don’t have a food processor a blender/mixer will work but may take longer. If the mix appears to be too thick, add a bit more milk. Put it in the freezer for 20+ minutes or until it’s a bit frozen. Enjoy!
Tip: Use fat free whip cream/cool whip to top it!
