Red Velvet Protein Pudding

Beat your cake flavor cravings and keep your diet with our Red Velvet Protein Pudding! This easy protein pudding recipe is packed with great macros, takes just minutes to make, and is guaranteed to curb those red velvet cravings.

The first thing you need to do for this one is to take out something to mix your ingredients in. I went with a blender to speed things up but a food processor or even a small mixing bowl will work great too.

Add into whatever you’re using 1/4 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, 1 scoop of a chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2/3 serving of a red velvet cake mix (look for a healthy one), and 1 container of a vanilla Greek yogurt.

Did you know that chia seeds are a great source of fiber with 5 grams for every 60?

Blend, process, or mix all of those together until your red velvet protein pudding forms.

Pour your pudding into a storage container and put that into the fridge for a bit. The longer you leave it in the fridge, the thicker your pudding will get (20-30 minutes should be good).

Instant coffee? YES! Instant coffee is cheap, can have around 75-100mg of caffeine per teaspoon, and is a great way to compliment/bring out your chocolate flavors even more.

Remove it from the fridge and optionally top it! I topped my red velvet protein pudding with some whipped cream and cocoa powder today. Let us know what you top yours with in the comments below.
