  • ¼ Cup Milk Substituteor Milk (2 Ounces)
  • 5.3 Ounces Greek Yogurt150g Fat Free Vanilla
  • 2 Teaspoons Instant Coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder10g
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds24g
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder30g Chocolate
  • Serving Cake Mix29g Red Velvet

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a food processor blender
  • Process or blend everything together
  • Put your pudding in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to thicken up

    Derek,
    I missed Red Velvet Cake until now, thank you for giving this back.
    As for what is off, not sure but I did notice you start with a watch, then it’s gone, then it is back at the end of the video, you also for a short period you wear a DHFtns hat.

    Looking forward to seeing what you have for us in 2015.
