Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8oz) Almond Milk (Unsweetened Vanilla or Original) (or Regular Milk/Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Medium Apple (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup (61g) Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons (13g) Flax Seed
  • 1/4 Cup (58g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 378
  • Fat: 10g
  • Saturated Fat: 0g
  • Sodium: 550mg
  • Carbs: 38g
  • Fiber: 11g
