Drink your breakfast muffin cravings away with a Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake! This high protein smoothie is quick to make, super healthy, filling, and a great way to start your morning right.
To get your shake smooth you’re going to need a blender to make this one. If you don’t have a blender, here’s a link to the one I’ve been using for years.
Add into your blender 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla milk substitute, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 1/2 scoops of a vanilla or blueberry protein powder, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 6 ounces of fat free blueberry Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries, and 1 cup of ice.
Pro tip? Frozen blueberries and less ice to give it more flavor!
Blend all of those ingredients together until you have your blueberry muffin protein shake.
If you’re using a natural flavored protein powder, add a bit of sweetener in with it.
Pour your shake into your favorite glass and optionally top it. I like to top mine with some fat free whipped cream. Let us know what you top yours with in the comments below.
Pair this with some Blueberry Protein Cupcakes for even more protein in your diet!
