Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake Recipe

We all know how good a regular blueberry muffin is…so good in fact that we probably wish we could eat it faster! Well now you can…with my version of a liquid blueberry muffin protein shake. Not to mention it’s a world healthier than a regular blueberry muffin!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or regular Milk/other Milk substitute)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Protein Powder (Vanilla, Natural, or Blueberry)
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 Cup (100g) Blueberries
  • 6 Ounces Fat Free Blueberry Greek Yogurt (Optional)
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories in the WHOLE shake

  • Calories: 497
  • Fat: 13g
  • Saturated Fat: 2g
  • Sodium: 455mg
  • Carbs: 49g
  • Fiber: 11g
  • Sugar: 23g
  • Protein: 46g

Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!
