Cookies & Cream Protein Brownies Recipe

These Cookies & Cream Protein Brownies are healthy, delicious, and a great substitute for the unhealthy alternative! Quick to make and packed with fiber!

Here is the recipe:

Brownie mix:

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 2 Scoops (60g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup (64g) Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Sweetener
  • 15.5 Ounces (439g) Reduced Sodium Black Beans
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons (28g) Coconut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder


  • 1/4 Cup (64g) Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweetener
  • 8 Ounces (226g) Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 2 Servings (58g) Oreo Minis

Calories in each brownie (if you cut 10):

  • Calories: 148
  • Fat: 4.9g
  • Saturated Fat: 2.8g
  • Sodium: 198.4mg
  • Carbs: 13.5g
  • Fiber: 3.3g
  • Sugar: 3.7g
  • Protein: 12.7g

Combine all of your ingredients for the brownies into either a food processor or blender. Process or blend everything together. Get a baking pan, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and then pour your brownie mix into it. Take out a bowl and add in all of the ingredients for your topping into it aside from your Oreo Minis. Mix those ingredients together and then evenly distribute your topping over your brownie mix. Crush up your Oreo Minis and bake your brownies on 350°F/176°C for 30:00-35:00. Mouthgasm!


  • If you don’t like Oreo Minis then top them with another type of cookies, chocolate chips, nuts, or even a protein bar!
  • Coat your knife with some non-stick cooking spray before you cut them so nothing sticks to it!
