If you like eggnog and you like oatmeal then you’re going to love this quick, healthy, and delicious Eggnog Overnight Protein Oatmeal recipe!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2.65 Ounces (75g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or Plain)
  • 1 Tablespoon (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 Cup (2.66 Ounces) Eggnog
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

  • Calories: 512
  • Fat: 12g
  • Saturated Fat: 4g
  • Sodium: 243mg
  • Carbs: 57g
  • Fiber: 9g
  • Sugar: 21g
  • Protein: 44g

Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix them together. Cover your bowl/put your oatmeal into a jar or something with a cover. Put your oatmeal into the fridge overnight (or 2-3 hours if you’re really hungry). Mouthgasm!
