Gingerbread Cookie Protein Shake Recipe

A delicious, healthy, and high protein shake version of a gingerbread cookie! This Gingerbread Cookie Protein Shake does not disappoint the taste buds!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Butter Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons (46g) Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 Packet Sweetener
  • 1/2 Graham Cracker Low Fat Cinnamon
  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 322
  • Fat: 6g
  • Saturated Fat: 0g
  • Sodium: 451mg
  • Carbs: 29g
  • Fiber: 2g
  • Sugar: 16g
  • Protein: 38g

Mix everything together. Drink. Mouthgasm!
