Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake Recipe

Lets just say the Cookie Monster would even love this Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake! Healthy, delicious, and high in protein…you can’t ask for much more!

Here is the recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup (116g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Graham Cracker
  • 1/8 Cup (20g) Raisins (Optional)
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 414
  • Fat: 6g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 425mg
  • Carbs: 46g
  • Fiber: 3g
  • Sugar: 3g
  • Protein: 44g

Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!
