The Cookie Monster would approve this Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake! Healthy, delicious, high in protein, and super easy to make. If you’re looking to beat those unhealthy cookie cravings then you’re going to love this shake recipe!

To get this shake smooth you’re going to need a blender. If you don’t have a blender, here’s a link to the one I’ve been using lately and recommend!

Add right into your blender 3/4 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1/8 cup of optional raisins (oatmeal raisin cookie!), 1/2 graham cracker, and 1 cup of ice.

Don’t like cottage cheese? Don’t worry, you can’t taste it at all and it’s going to add some slow digesting protein (casein) to the recipe as well as thicken up your shake!

Blend everything together until your oatmeal cookie protein shake is smooth.

Pour your shake into your favorite glass and optionally top it with a graham cracker and anything else you want. Let us know what creative and healthy toppings you use in the comments below.

Pro tip? Thicken it up without ice by using 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of some xanthan gum.

    Derek:

Thanks for the site. I’ve tried several of your recipes, and I’ve loved every one. I’ve started to send your site to folks, too. Now, *this* recipe..awesome! I have just chocolate powder, and the shakes tastes just as fine, just as an oatmeal shake ought! Thanks for the hard work. Keep it up!
