Check out my favorite donut pan here:

Melt your Dark Chocolate and then combine all of your ingredients into a bowl. Mix everything together. Take out a doughnut pan, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and evenly distribute your mix into it (make sure not to cover your doughnut holes). Top your doughnuts with whatever you want. Bake on 350°F/176°C for 8:00-10:00. Mouthgasm!

  • Top them with some Greek yogurt or protein frosting!
  • Keep them in the fridge and they’ll last around 7-10 days!
  • Using almond flour will drastically lower the carbs but increase the fat!

  • Hey Derek. First of all, your recipes are awesome! It allows a complete novice like me to make amazingly healthy cheesecake! Quick question, instead of coconut flour or almond flour and dark chocolate, would I be able to get away with using a protein pancake mix? Thank you!

  • Hey Derek i just got an air fryer and been thinking about using one of your recipes to make some protein doughnuts with it. Any suggestions that you might have!! I also think it’d be cool if you start featuring some air fryer recipes. Thank you

  • if we’re using white whole wheat flour or oat flour, would we still use 6 tbsp? is there a different ratio of coconut flour vs. oat flour?
