Microwave Protein Souffle Recipe
Written by The Protein Chef

If I told you that you could eat a healthy, great tasting, and high protein dessert that takes only a few minutes to prepare, would you believe me? Well you don’t have to because you can try it for yourself! This Protein Souffle recipe will kill any sweet tooth!

Here is the recipe for the Protein Souffle:

  • 1 Scoop (30g) Protein Powder (I prefer Chocolate)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Packet Sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons (32g) Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup (4oz) Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Milk Substitute)

Combined all of the ingredients together in a microwavable safe bowl. Mix together. Microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir. Repeat until the souffle has turned into a cake. You want to make sure to keep taking it out and mixing it around or else the edges will burn and the middle will remain liquid.

Here is the recipe for the Quick Protein Frosting:

  • 1/2 Scoop (15g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Packet Sweetener (Optional)
  • Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt (Put in enough until it’s your desired thickness)

Combine everything together in a bowl. Mix together. Done!
