Looking for a healthy frosting recipe? Try this Peanut Butter Protein Frosting that goes great on any dessert! Quick, easy to make with just a few ingredients, delicious, and low calorie!

Add right into a bowl 1 container of vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder (more about this below), 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar free syrup, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.

Any flavor protein powder will work as long as it compliments the peanut butter flavor. Think chocolate, cookie dough, banana, mocha, etc.

Mix all of those ingredients together until your peanut butter protein frosting forms! Using a hand mixer like this will make this step easier.

Once your frosting thickens up, it’s done! Eat this frosting by itself or use it on your favorite desserts like a Protein Cheesecake!

If your peanut butter protein frosting isn’t sweet enough you can add in a little honey, brown sugar, liquid sweetener, other powdered sweetener, brown rice syrup, or anything else you want to sweeten it up.

Diet tip? Use powdered peanut butter to lower the fat in the recipe and/or plain Greek yogurt to lower the sugar.
