Pre-Workout Protein Shake Recipe

Cheaper than your “normal” pre-workout while having a ton of nutritional value – what more could you ask for? Oh, and it’s delicious too! This Pre-Workout Protein Shake recipe is a must if you need a boost before the gym!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8 Ounces) Unsweetened/Vanilla Almond Milk (or regular Milk/other Milk substitute)
  • 2 Tablespoons (11g) Chocolate Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 or 2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee (1 Tablespoon = 75-100mg Caffeine)
  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Water
  • 1/2-1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 250
  • Fat: 6g
  • Saturated Fat: 0g
  • Sodium: 390mg
  • Carbs: 20g
  • Fiber: 5g
  • Sugar: 12g
  • Protein: 29g

Blend/mix everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!
