Here is the recipe:
- 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or regular Milk with 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract/other Vanilla Milk substitute)
- 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup (58g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 Teaspoon Mint Extract
- 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
- 8 Drops Green Food Coloring (Optional)
- 1/2 Cup Ice
Calories per shake:
- Calories: 300
- Fat: 4g
- Saturated Fat: 3g
- Sodium: 340mg
- Carbs: 21g
- Fiber: 6g
- Sugar: 13g
- Protein: 45g
Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!
