If you love the “original” Shamrock Shake but hate the calories then this Protein Shamrock Shake recipe is the perfect alternative for you! Delicious AND high in protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or regular Milk with 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract/other Vanilla Milk substitute)
  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup (58g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Mint Extract
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 8 Drops Green Food Coloring (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 300
  • Fat: 4g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 340mg
  • Carbs: 21g
  • Fiber: 6g
  • Sugar: 13g
  • Protein: 45g

Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!


  • Top it with some whipped cream!
