Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Chickpeas454g Reduced Sodium (or White/Black Beans)
  • 3 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar12g
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder15g
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour27g (or Oat Flour)
  • 3 Scoops Protein Powder90g Chocolate
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Teaspoon Butter Extract
  • 3 Ounces Milk Substituteor Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff12g
  • 1 Ounce Mixed Nuts28g

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients aside from your Mixed Nuts into either a food processor or really powerful blender
  • Process or blend everything together
  • Add in your Mixed nuts and pulse it a few times
