This Rocky Road Protein Shake recipe looks, smells, and tastes just like the ice cream…so if you want a healthier alternative then this recipe is for you!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 1/2 Scoops (56g) Heavenly Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons (12g) Marshmallow Fluff
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) cocoa Powder
  • 2.65 Ounces (75g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Ounce (28g) Unsalted Mixed Nuts
  • Couple Drops Red Food Coloring (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Calories in the whole shake:

  • Calories: 686
  • Fat: 22g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 545mg
  • Carbs: 58g
  • Fiber: 11g
  • Sugar: 15g
  • Protein: 64g

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend them together. Drink. Brain freeze!
