Keep your diet and stay on the rocky road with this Rocky Road Protein Shake! It looks, smells, and tastes just like the ice cream. If you want a healthier alternative without the guilt then this protein shake recipe is for you!
For this protein shake you’ll need a blender to blend in your rolled oats, nuts, and ice. If you don’t have a good blender, check mine out here!
Add into your blender 1/2 cup of unsweetened milk substitute (I like vanilla), 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 ounce of unsalted mixed nuts, 2 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff, 1 1/2 scoops of a chocolate protein powder, 1/2 container of a vanilla Greek yogurt, a couple drops of some optional red food coloring, and 1/2 cup of ice.
Diet tip? Lower the sugar in this rocky road protein shake recipe by using a plain Greek yogurt!
Blend all of your ingredients together until your rocky road protein shake forms.
