Drink your s’mores cravings away with a S’mores Protein Shake! This bodybuilding recipe is easy to make with simple ingredients and packed with campfire flavor.
To get your shake smooth you’re going to need a blender for this one. If you don’t have a good blender, here’s a link to the one I’ve been using and recommend.
Add right into your blender 1 cup of fat free milk or unsweetened milk substitute, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons of pasteurized liquid egg whites, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of a chocolate protein powder, 1/2 serving s’mores Goldfish or cookies, 15 grams of marshmallows, and 1 cup of ice.

Blend everything together until your s’mores protein shake is smooth.
Yes, pasteurized liquid egg whites are perfectly safe to drink. Pasteurization is the process of cooking/heating until anything harmful is killed.
