If you’re craving anything s’mores then this recipe will help you kill that craving and do so in a deliciously healthy, high protein way!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8 Ounces) Fat Free Milk (or Milk Substitute such as Almond, Coconut, or Soy)
  • 3 Tablespoons (46g) Liquid Egg Whites
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup (113g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Serving (15g) S’mores Goldfish
  • 1/3 Cup (15g) Jet Puffed Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 460
  • Fat: 4g
  • Saturated Fat: 1g
  • Sodium: 700mg
  • Carbs: 50g
  • Fiber: 5g
  • Sugar: 33g
  • Protein: 56g
