Sriracha Turkey Tacos Recipe

If you like sriracha and you like tacos then you’re going to LOVE this Sriracha Turkey Tacos recipe. Not too spicy, full of flavor, and high in protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1.25 Pounds (20 Ounces) 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (or 93/7 Lean Ground Beef)
  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Water
  • 1 Packet (6 Tablespoons/36g) Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 10 Teaspoons (50g) Sriracha
  • 2 Tablespoons (33g) Tomato Paste

Optional Taco Toppings:

  • A little Fat Free Sour Cream
  • Some Salsa
  • A little Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese
  • Some Lettuce
  • Whole Wheat Tortilla

  • Calories: 981
  • Fat: 41g
  • Saturated Fat: 13g
  • Sodium: 1690mg
  • Carbs: 41g
  • Fiber: 1g
  • Sugar: 14g
  • Protein: 112g

Calories in each serving (if you make 8 servings):

  • Calories: 122
  • Fat: 5.1g
  • Saturated Fat: 1.6g
  • Sodium: 211.2mg
  • Carbs: 5.1g
  • Fiber: .1g
  • Sugar: 1.7g
  • Protein: 14g

Calories in each Taco (if you make them the same way that I did):

  • Calories: 351
  • Fat: 10.1g
  • Saturated Fat: 4.6g
  • Sodium: 631.2mg
  • Carbs: 33.1g
  • Fiber: 3.1g
  • Sugar: 6.7g
  • Protein: 32g

Take out a large stove top pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and then coat your pan with some non-stick cooking spray. Add in your Lean Ground Turkey and brown it (stir it around while it’s cooking until it has browned). Turn your burner on Low Heat and then drain the juice from your pan. Add in your Water, Sriracha, and Tomato Paste and mix everything together. Let it cook on Low Heat for 10:00 while stirring everything around every couple of minutes. Turn your burner off after 10:00, remove your pan from the heat, and then make your tacos. Mouthgasm!


  • Top them with some guacamole!
  • Make a huge burrito instead of tacos!
