This strawberry banana protein shake recipe is a quick, healthy, AND delicious way to get a 40 grams of protein in!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Protein Powder (Vanilla/Banana/Strawberry/or Natural Flavored)
  • 1 Cup (152g) Strawberries
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 8 Ounces (1 Cup) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 343
  • Fat: 3g
  • Saturated Fat: 0g
  • Sodium: 625mg
  • Carbs: 39g
  • Fiber: 7g
  • Sugar: 21g
  • Protein: 40g

Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!

  • Very tasty. Thank you for this delicious recipe. I used gnc royal clean vanilla whey- Delish, and added hemp, flax, chia seeds and Great Lakes gelatin and blended with my Vitamix.
