Drink those unhealthy cheesecake cravings away with this healthy Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake recipe! Easy to make with just a few ingredients, absolutely delicious, and packed with diet friendly macros.

To get this shake smooth you’re going to need a blender. If you don’t have one, here’s a link to the one we’ve been using and recommend.

Add right into your blender 1 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 3 tablespoons pf pasteurized liquid egg whites, 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, 1 1/2 servings of instant sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding, 1 1/2 scoops of a strawberry or vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of strawberries, and 1 cup of ice.

Pro tip? Use frozen strawberries and less ice to give your shake even more flavor!

Blend everything together until your strawberry cheesecake protein shake is smooth.

Pour your shake into your favorite glass and optionally top it. I like to top mine with a crushed up graham cracker and some whipped cream. Let us know what you top yours with in the comments below.

Did you know that pasteurized liquid egg whites have been heated/cooked to a high enough temperature that should kill anything harmful?

Don’t like cottage cheese? Don’t worry! You can’t taste the cottage cheese at all, it’s going to help thicken up your shake, and it adds some casein protein to the recipe.
